Step 1:
Clean all of your panels with contact cleaner or panel wipe and a microfiber cloth.
Step 2:
We recommend starting with the front mudguard.
- Peel back half of the backing paper and line up the start of the graphic with the panel. On difficult panels (rear number panels) peel off ALL of the backing paper and start from the middle, working outwards.
- Slowly peel the paper off whilst aligning the graphics. Apply a small amount of heat using a heat gun during application. This will allow the graphics to fold easier around edges and ensure longevity.
- Using your thumb or finger, slowly and firmly push the graphics onto the panel covering to push out air bubbles.
Step 3:
Seal the edges of the graphic with lots of heat by slightly melting the glue to bond with the plastic. Once heated, wait 10 seconds and then apply firm pressure with your thumb or finger around the edges. DO NOT do this step on the swingarm.
